Coconut Chutney 1

Grated coconut                         2 cups
Green chillies                           8 nos
Ginger grated                           1 small piece
Curry leaves                             1 stem
Lemon juice                              1 tbsp
Mustard seed                            1 tsp
Red chillies                                2 nos
Oil                                            1 tbsp

Method :
  1. Grind the coconut with green chillies, ginger and curry leaves
  2. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
  3. Heat the oil, fry the mustard seeds and  red chillies.
  4. Pour over the chutney
